Important: Before submitting your query, we advise reaching out to the Pension Department. They can confirm the specific type of archival notice you need and will handle enquiries related to missing or incomplete documents.

Please note: the state fee for archival notices related to the attestation of rights and transactions is 15 euros, as mandated by the Law on State Fee (§ 346). After reviewing your enquiry, we will send you an invoice for the state fee payment. Expect a response within 30 days of payment.
