Time of Birth

This form can be used to submit an inquiry about the time of birth recorded in the maternity hospital register. The National Archives hold the registers of Tartu, Pärnu, Viljandi, Võru, and the current East Tallinn Central Hospital (Tallinn Central Hospital, Tallinn Republican Hospital, Ravi Street Hospital). In other cases, inquiries must be sent to the respective regional hospital.

The service fee for processing the inquiry is 30 euros.
