Our film and audio collections can be found in the FIS film information system
Films, audio recordings and/or parts thereof may be ordered using the form below. To place an order, send numbers of the desired archive items.
Films not on public display in the database can be viewed over the LAN in the National Archives reading rooms. Films that lack a web version are viewable on the spot in the film archive. Please make arrangements in advance for your visit.
Our photograph collections can be found in the FOTIS information system
Please use our self-service environment for ordering photographs with the EAA and ERA reference codes. Photographs that cannot be seen in the database can be viewed in person at the archive.
Photographs with the EFA code can be ordered using the form below. To place an order, send the reference codes for the desired photographs. Previews can be ordered by e-mail in the case of photographs that cannot be seen in the database. There may be a licensing fee for use of photographs. Before you place an order, we will send you an estimate for your approval.
